Welcome to CLMS Before and After Care Program for all students' grade 6th - 8th. We are very
excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your children.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday on all open school days
Before Care hours: 7:00 AM - 9:20 AM
After Care hours: 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM

Program Start Date: August 11, 2026
Program End Date: May 27, 2027

Before Care will be offered on Early Dismissal days.
After Care will NOT be offered on Early Dismissal days: 12/18/26, 3/19/27, 5/27/27

Enrollment

All Program participants must have a completed registration form along with the registration fee and first week's payment before the student(s) are allowed to attend the program.

Payments and Fees

Registration Fee: Non-refundable: $25.00/one child or $40.00/family

Before Care: Flat rate of $45.00/week

After Care: Flat rate of $40.00/week

• Tuition will be prorated on days in which there is no school (ex: holidays, professional duty
  days, etc.) or when we offer no After Care due to early dismissal days.
• Payment for services must be made in advance of the week beginning services. This means
  all tuition fees are due by the Friday prior to the participating week.
  • Student(s) will be placed on the Materials Grounded List until the account is current.
  • Three (3) late payments will result in dismissal from the program.
  • There will be no discounts for absences in programs using the flat rate structure

• Children must be picked up by 6:00 PM each day. A late fee of $1.00 for each additional minute will be charged.

  • Late fees are to be paid upon arrival. Cash or online payment will be accepted.
  • Three (3) late pick-ups will result in dismissal from the program.
