1. Local music stores "Rent-to-own" recommended. Ask about the payment plans and the procedures for repairs if repairs become necessary.

2. Instruments from sites named after tropical forests or anything like that sell instruments that are lower cost but fall apart and are more difficult to play.

3. Yard sales and local re-sale shops can also sometimes have good deals. Mr. Dean is happy to answer questions about instruments.
